We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join our Company. Based at our UK Operations office in Stanley, County Durham we are looking for an ambitious customer focused talent with a strong sales and service background. Ideally suited to a candidate that has the desire to grow with a young dynamic organisation.

The Role

Responding to all email enquiries

Provide pricing and product information to customers via email.

Updating customer information and records.

Desired skills

Contacting existing accounts and new prospects within the database on a day-to-day basis to introduce and sell our expanding product portfolio and services and to maintain excellent relationships with their customers.

Delivering product information, offer special promotions and feedback information of the market & competition landscape.

Working closely with the Management and Operations Team to develop our business and market position.

A strong customer-orientated individual with experience in both sales and customer service.

Enjoy the everyday challenge of both teamwork and meeting Company targets.

As much as sales and administration skills are important, what our client really needs is someone who enjoys speaking to people on the phone. A lot of their customers prefer to discuss their needs over the phone and enjoy building a relationship with their day-to-day contact. However, due to the nature of the job, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to compose professional emails is a must.
